1. What is ProTrader®? Can I connect it to my broker and trade?

| ProTrader is complete brokerage platform. It’s used by brokers to connect their clients and makes them able to trade on different markets. If you are trader and looking for a trading terminal you may prefer PT MultiStation. | ||

2. What is your spread/commission offer?

| PFSoft is software development firm. We’re not offering trading services. Using our trading software you will receive the same spread/commission requirements as your broker proposes. | ||

3. Can I demo your platform?

| Yes. You can download .Net station and try platform at demo server. For a back-office testing please leave request. | ||

4. How long does it take to set up the ProTrader?

| ProTrader trading platform can be up and running in a five business days. However, depending on length of training, customization and integration requirements, the setup process could take more time. | ||

5. What instruments does the platform accept?

| ProTrader can trade any instrument, including Forex, Options, Futures, Betting and CFDs. All instruments can be traded over the same account. | ||

6. What news feeds you offer?

| PFSoft can connect your platform to any news feed of your choice, and you can select which of your traders receive the news feed. | ||

7. Do I need to expand my IT department to support ProTrader trading platform?

| You will need at least one technical person to be able to administrate ProTrader. PFSoft provides free training courses in our office for all our clients. | ||

8. Where is trading system actually hosted?

| The trading system is hosted at Client's server. However PFSoft and our partners can provide to you Software as a Service (SaaS), and you do not need host the server in this case. | ||

9. How can I integrate ProTrader with my CRM system and other programs?

| ProTrader provides wide range of API: FIX, SOAP, Java. So you can easily integrate any other programs with it. Also ProTrader Back Office can be used as simple CRM. | ||

10. How often are updates and enhancements introduced to the trading platform?

| ProTrader is updating each week on PFSoft's demo server, where any client can test latest version. Once client decides to update their version PFSoft is ready to provide it. | ||

11. What is PT MultiStation®?

| PT MultiStaion is trading terminal application integrated to different brokers and data vendor servers. | ||
