The year 2003 was the start of a new age in trading software development, as it was the year that PFSoft was founded. In a short period of time, the company has made huge steps forward, earning the respect of clients and business rivals alike. Nowadays, our list of clients includes brokerage and dealing companies, banks and other financial institutions from all over the world.

Our Philosophy

The Company’s attitude towards development of trading software is that we want to raise the quality of the whole trading software market, to bring it up to a new technological level. We consider our work as necessary and important for the future of the international market in trading software. Since PFSoft is only 7 years old, we are flexible enough to be able to implement every new feature in the development process and use new technologies with minimal time spent on making changes.

Product Range

PFSoft’s product range consists of two independent solutions: ProTrader trading platform and PTmultistation trading terminal. The ProTrader platform is unique brokerage software which provides for successfully operation on all types of markets. PTmultiStation was designed to be The One Trading Terminal to meet the requirements of professional traders.

Vision for the future

PFSoft is not planning to stop amazing users with new innovative solutions, new products and new capabilities. Every day we invent and implement something new. This year we are planning to release ProTrader WEB Station which will help users control their trades simply from their browser.

Denis Borisovsky CEO, Owner
Denis is a graduate of Dnepropetrovsk National University of Railway Transport and Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (master's degree in Information Technology and Telecommunications). He is a certified professional by Sun Microsystems and the Australian Computer Society.
Prior to founding PFSoft, Denis gained great experience both as a software developer and a project manager while working at Luxoft (Russia), ComputerSystems (Poland), and ISD (Ukraine). He has delivered projects to such well-known companies as Deutsche Bank, Siemens and Sun Microsystems.
Hobbies: painting, car racing, karate.
Alexey Bogdan CTO
Joined PFSoft in 2007 after graduating from the National Mining University (Master's degree in computer-based systems software).
Alexey has applied his talent to analyzing user requirements in the key area of user interface design.
Alexey is responsible for front-end and user interface development.
Hobbies: travelling, bicycling, hiking.
Alexander Khomenko System Architect, Joint Owner
Prior to joining PFSoft in 2005, Alexander Khomenko worked as a research officer at the Institute of Technical Mechanics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine's National Space Agency of Ukraine. At PFSoft, he went from lead Java developer to systems analyst and a joint owner.
Alexander graduated from Dnepropetrovsk National University with a degree in Finance. He also holds a diploma from Dnepropetrovsk National University's Institute of Physics and Technology, with a degree in space rocket engines.
Alexander has a wealth of experience in online trading on all markets (Forex, stocks, options, and betting). He is familiar with a lot of market participants including the largest banks, brokers, and exchanges.
Hobbies: photography, traveling, fishing.
Nikita Laukhin Automated Trading Analyst
Then a student, Nikita joined PFSoft in 2006.
Graduated from Dnepropetrovsk National University in 2007 (M.Sc. honors degree in Applied Mathematics from Dnepropetrovsk National University).
Specializing in functional optimization and population algorithms while working on his diploma (partical swarm optimization), Nikita has brought the ability to use this algorithm for trading strategy optimization.
Nikita has an in-depth understanding of automated trading systems and technical analysis. He is also very strong in object-oriented analysis and (STP) integration.
Hobbies: literature, traveling, Formula 1.
Illia Kochyzhev Delivery Manager
Prior to joining PFSoft in 2009, Illia developed his career in TechnoparkCorp from a tester, through to test analyst, systems analyst, and process engineer to project manager.
He is experienced in performing many different roles in web projects. He states his main aim in life as non-stop self development.
In 2008, Illia became an IBM Certified Solution Designer and that is not all; process organization and project management are the things he does best.
Hobbies: hang gliding, violin, curling.
Anton Trakht Head of Marketing and Business Partnership Development
Prior to joining PFSoft LLC in 2009, Anton Trakht was employed in the marketing department at a metalurgical distributor.
Graduated from Dnipropetrovsk National University in 2008 (M.Sc. honors degree in Radiophysics and Electronics, Dnipropetrovsk National University).
Anton is responsible for representation and positioning of PFSoft’s products and brands on the internet. Anton is also the first contact person regarding possible business partnerships
Hobbies: guitar playing and composing music, football, understanding the world through the people living in it.
Elena Zhevtilo HR Manager
As a student, Elena joined PFSoft in 2010. Graduated from Prydniprovsk State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture in 2010 (M.Sc. honors degree in Applied Materials Science).
She was a participant in an English-Ukrainian cultural development project. Studied French as well as German, and wants to study more languages!
Hobbies: travelling, collecting plates.
